Overview:Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, Washington, Avenue Bellevue is a new real estate project featuring 365 luxury residences, 85,000 square feet of retail space, as well as the Pacific Northwest's first-ever InterContinental Hotel with a lobby bar, restaurant and fitness center, meeting space and other luxury amenities.
The Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for promoting the property through earned media, online marketing, social media, events and activations. They will work closely with the Avenue Bellevue Project Manager, residential sales team, retail leasing team, InterContinental Hotel management, and retail tenants on a wide range of activities. They will also establish and maintain relationships with the Bellevue business, political, arts and philanthropic community.
