**Position Overview**
We are looking for a driven and resourceful **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to lead and execute PPG’s hiring strategies. You will play a key role in sourcing, vetting, and selecting highly qualified legal professionals who align with our mission and values.
**Responsibilities**
* Execute talent acquisition plans in alignment with business growth and client needs
* Source top-tier legal professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, niche platforms, and referrals
* Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and fit
* Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
* Coordinate candidate communications and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
* Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
* Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate progress and recruitment data
* Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and systems to support scaling and efficiency
**Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
* Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, State Bar of Texas, Paralegal Associations, etc.)
* Experience recruiting U.S.-based paralegals, legal assistants, or legal professionals
* Familiarity with the law firm setting, preferably personal injury
* Ability to assess and improve internal processes related to talent acquisition
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and integrity
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
* Must be able to work in U.S. CST Time Zone
