Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Golden area. The ideal restaurant manager should be a values-driven leader with exceptional skills in team management, customer service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, oversee food and beverage quality, and uphold food safety standards.
• Coach and develop employees to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
• Foster positive employee and guest morale, manage inventory, and implement training and development programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary : up to $70,000
• Bonus Potential Based on Performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full-Service concept
• High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
