As a Print Operator, you play an important role in the success of L2's production operations. Primary responsibilities of this skilled position include printing all assigned designs designated by apparel production meeting our high-quality print standards and throughput demands using DTG printers, Adelco dryers, and computers.

Position and Hours: 2nd shift, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM Monday-Thursday (Voluntary overtime available during peak season!)

Your Responsibilities Include:

1. Operating DTG Printing machines, setting up and printing designs on various garments.
2. Physically printing, inspecting, and staging required items.
3. Inspecting all aspects of apparel with a stringent focus on product quality.
4. Understanding the details and aspects of apparel work orders.
5. Performing all necessary daily maintenance and Legacy high standard cleaning of the printer equipment, as well as the entire area within the department.
6. Working with the mindset of leading and expanding the printing process of a growing department within the organization.
7. Providing necessary input and action to assist in solving print issues and improving apparel print operations.
8. Working closely with personnel that fold, tag, and package orders and assisting in any area needed in the Apparel Printing operation.
