The Town of Princeton is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Police Officer.
Princeton has a population of approximately 1500 residents and is located 7 miles east of Smithfield in Johnston County.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to patrolling a geographic area or specific location within the town during a shift in a police car or on foot, preventing, detecting, and investigating disturbances and crime, investigating traffic accidents, helping victims, and performing traffic control, appending suspects, testifying in court, and executing related assignments.

Salary range is $46,100 to $56,215 annually. Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience.
