Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Spanish) to join a Skilled Family Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. This center is committed to providing the highest quality care to its patients. At least 1 year of clinical experience is needed and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the diverse patient population.

Qualifications:
◆Education: Master's degree in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Pediatrics.
◆Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and Board Certification.
◆Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience is needed; pediatric experience is a plus.
◆Technical Skills: Proficiency in pediatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning; knowledgeable in Clinical Works EMR.
◆Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
◆Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
◆Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
◆Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
◆Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
◆Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
