Your Role:
As a Sales Agent, you'll start with in-depth training to become an expert in Medicare insurance. Our goal is to set you up for success from day one, with a blend of classroom learning and hands-on experience. You'll also have support from our in-house marketing, customer care, and operations teams to ensure your clients are taken care of for years to come.
Once you're trained, you'll begin calling on hundreds of leads daily, providing valuable guidance to people navigating their Medicare options. You'll represent top-rated insurance carriers, offering clients financial security and peace of mind.
Sales Focus: Connect with potential clients to help them find the best Medicare plans for their needs.
Ongoing Coaching: Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance your skills and reach your goals.
Technology & Resources: Use our innovative tools to streamline the enrollment process for your clients.
