Evening/Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time) job at Ford of Dalton Dalton, GA, US

Job Description

Description of the role: Ford of Dalton is seeking a Part-Time Evening/Weekend Receptionist to join our team! Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 3:30PM-7:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Required to work some holidays.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail sorting
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, computers)
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Drug Screening required
