Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations team in Miami, FL. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, organizing information, and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems

  • Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies

  • Maintain and update existing data records

  • Prepare reports as requested by the management team

  • Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines

  • Organize and file digital and paper documents

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy
