Are you an organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? We're looking for a skilled professional to help maintain financial records, manage invoices, and ensure accurate reporting. In this role, you'll work closely with our accounting team to process accounts payable and receivable, handle tax filings, and keep everything running smoothly.

### What You'll Do
- Record and process daily financial transactions with accuracy.
- Ensure transactions are properly documented in ledgers and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including trial balance reconciliation.
- Conduct partial checks of the posting process for accuracy.
- Complete tax forms and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Enter data, maintain records, and generate financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure payroll is processed on time.

### What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Ability to accurately calculate, post, and manage financial records.
- Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets, and accounting software (experience with FreshBooks, Kashoo, or KashFlow is a plus!).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
