Job Description/Requirements:

5+ years of Body Shop Management experience
Expert level team leadership
Ability to grow the business: to take great care of current customers, while also earning the business of new customers
I-Car Certification and PPG experience is preferred
Operates solely on integrity and honesty
Positive attitude, hardworking, reliable, and professional with strong communication skills
