Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) to join our team. This is a chance to contribute to account sales, service, and support activities for cutting-edge oncology products. You'll play a vital role in ensuring patients adhere to their prescribed test schedules, with a focus on improving patient outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients while working with a collaborative and supportive team. The designated territory for this role covers most of Oregon and Idaho, and ideally, we're looking for someone located near Eugene, Oregon.

What You'll Do:

Support and Grow Accounts: Work with your assigned Clinical Oncology Specialist to grow, maintain, and support existing customer accounts.
Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts, facilitating unit growth and adoption of our products.
Monitor Patient Testing: Analyze and monitor patient testing data to ensure patients remain on the testing protocol prescribed by their oncologist.
Provide Support: Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff, focusing on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving.
Become a Product Expert: Develop deep expertise in all of our oncology products and processes.
Educate and Inform: Educate medical professionals on the tools and resources available to facilitate test order management.
Track Key Metrics: Utilize and maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.
Collaborate with the Team: Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, such as sales representatives, patient coordinators, and territory managers.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Background in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Exceptional intelligence, flexibility, self-motivation, and results-oriented approach.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
Fluency in understanding data spreadsheets and technologies.
Ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems.
