Housing selection for the 2025-26 academic year will take place Tuesday, March 25 through Thursday, March 27.
The Office of Residential Life is excited to hold its housing selection process, which allows students to match their own roommates, explore, and sign up for their own housing assignment through the Housing Self-Service portal.
Residency Policy/Eligibility for Housing
The Residency Policy requires all non-commuting returning students to sign up for housing. Upper-class students can request to live off campus within the housing application. We will begin releasing students in February who have expressed interest to live off campus based on the estimated number of beds needed for incoming students.
Students with an unfavorable balance on their account may not be eligible to participate in the housing selection process and will not be eligible for housing spaces that have premium rates.
Sign Your Housing Contract and Application
Students must sign their housing contract and submit an application to be eligible to participate in the housing selection process. Please note that the housing contract is a binding contract and cannot be broken unless they have been released to live off campus by the Office of Residential Life. We encourage you to read through the entirety of the contract. If you are unable to see your housing contract/application, reach out to the Office of Residential Life at housing@carthage.edu.
Note: Students must fill out their housing contract and submit their application by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2025.
